The sidebar on the left gives you quick access to all modules. It can be collapsed on smaller screens.

Workspaces & Team
InvoGen features a robust Multi-Tenant Architecture that lets you manage multiple businesses—or separate your personal freelance work from your agency team.
Personal Workspace
Your isolated, private area. Perfect for individual freelancers. Data, custom themes, and clients created here cannot be seen by anyone else.
OrganizationsCollaborative
Create organizations to collaborate with your team. Invite members with specific roles (Owner, Admin, Member) to manage shared clients and invoices.
Smart Isolation
- Scoped Numbering: Quote and Invoice numbers increment uniquely per organization, guaranteeing compliance.
- Instant Context Switching: Use the unified switcher in the sidebar to jump between your Personal Workspace and Organizations instantly without reloading.
- Strict Segregation: Services, taxes, themes, and financial data are strictly segregated. What happens in an Organization, stays in the Organization.

Creating an InvoiceCore Feature
Click "New Invoice" to open the builder.
- Select Client: Choose from your existing list or add a new client instantly.
- Add Items: Use the smart line-item entry. Start typing to see suggestions from your catalog.
- Set Terms: define payment due dates (Net 15, Net 30) and notes.
✨ AI Generation
Stuck on descriptions? Click the "Refine" button next to any line item description. Our AI will polish the text to sound professional and clear, reducing client disputes.

Email Delivery
Send invoices directly via email with a secure link. You can attach a PDF copy automatically.
Real-time Status
Track when clients View the invoice and when they make a Payment. Status updates from Sent to Paid automatically.
Quotes & Proposals
